Concession tickets are available for any high school student, university student, or concession card holder. A valid student ID or concession card must be presented upon ticket collection or at the venue. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in the need to pay the full ticket price.

- Ideal for families or friend groups – all 4 people must attend the same show
- Book in advance for the best seating options.
- Passholder must be present for ticket redemption.
- Refunds: Family Passes are refundable up to two weeks prior to the first show of the season. After this period, all sales are final.
- Exchanges: Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Unused tickets: Any unused tickets will not be credited or refunded.
