Concession tickets are available for any high school student, university student, or concession card holder. A valid student ID or concession card must be presented upon ticket collection or at the venue. Failure to provide appropriate identification may result in the need to pay the full ticket price.

- Tickets can be redeemed for any show in the season, subject to availability.

- Refunds: Star Passes are refundable up to two weeks prior to the first show of the season. After this period, all sales are final.
- Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original show date.
- No-shows: Missed performances will not be credited or refunded.
